Global Licensing Agreement
In October 2010, Imugene signed an exclusive global licensing agreement Novartis Animal Health, to commercialise its vaccines for pigs and poultry.
The agreement with Novartis Animal Health, a business unit within the global Novartis Group, gives the company exclusive global rights to all of Imugene’s technologies and intellectual properties, including its vaccines and productivity enhancers.
Novartis, a leading international animal health company will pay the costs of developing products. Imugene has received an initial payment, and is entitled to earn various milestone payments and royalties on product sales.
